Ideal for the government purchaser who wants to attend high quality training, learn best practices, and connect with quality small and diverse vendors.

  • Admission into NIGP Summit Training provided by NIGP local trainers on March 8, lunch is on your own
  • Admission into Alliance NW Evening Reception on March 8, 4pm – 6pm
  • All-Access Admission into Alliance NW Training & Outreach Event March 9, 7:30am – 4:00pm
  • Includes one 10′ x 10′  Alliance NW booth per agency (additional booths $300)
  • Breakfast & Lunch with keynote speakers on March 9
  • Match-Making table to meet one-on-one with vendors o March 9

Each Alliance NW 10’ x 10’ booth space includes:

  • pipe and drape
  • a six-foot skirted table with two chairs
  • 8′ high back wall, 3′ high side walls
  • a 7” x 44” one-line ID sign
  • power included by request only
  • access to breakout sessions
  • two breakfast and luncheon tickets
  • company information, including your logo, in the 2017 Alliance Northwest program directory – information for directory is due February 1, 2017

Booth Setup
Exhibitors can set up your booths from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. on March 8th or from 6 a.m. – 7:15 a.m. on March 9th. The exhibitor hall will be closed from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. for the opening ceremonies and keynote speaker.

Balloons are not allowed inside the venue. 

You may access the back gate (Services and Operation Gate) on the day before to unload items from your car into the ShowPlex.  To get to this gate from the freeway: take a RIGHT on Meridian, RIGHT onto 15th Ave and RIGHT onto 5th Ave. View map here. Service Gate will be on the right. (view the mapDuring the event – you will not be allowed to park here. You must park at the Blue Gate.

Exhibitor Hall

The Exhibitor Hall is open throughout the day and offers the opportunity to market your innovative products and services to a diverse audience of government agencies, prime contractors and businesses that do business with the government.

In addition to the Exhibit Hall, this year’s event will feature morning and luncheon keynote speakers, several high quality workshops, matchmaking sessions with government agencies and prime contractors.
