Exhibitor Hall

The Exhibitor Hall is open throughout the day and offers the opportunity to market your innovative products and services to a diverse audience of government agencies, prime contractors and businesses that do business with the government.

In addition to the Exhibit Hall, this year’s event will feature morning and luncheon keynote speakers, several high quality workshops, matchmaking sessions with government agencies and prime contractors.

Exhibitor Booths: $600
Each 10’ x 10’ booth space includes:

  • pipe and drape
  • a six-foot skirted table with two chairs
  • 8′ high back wall, 3′ high side walls
  • a 7” x 44” one-line ID sign
  • power included by request only
  • access to breakout sessions
  • two breakfast and luncheon tickets
  • company information, including your logo, in the Alliance Northwest program directory – information for directory is due February 1

Booth Setup
Exhibitors can set up your booths from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. on March 4th or from 6 a.m. – 7:15 a.m. on March 5th. The exhibitor hall will be closed from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. for the opening ceremonies and keynote speaker.

You may access the back gate (Services and Operation Gate) on the day before to unload items from your car into the ShowPlex.  To get to this gate from the freeway: take a RIGHT on Meridian, RIGHT onto 15th Ave and RIGHT onto 5th Ave. View map here. Service Gate will be on the right. (view the mapDuring the event – you will not be allowed to park here. You must park at the Blue Gate.

Balloons are not allowed inside the venue.

All ad files must be created to size.
All submitted art files must be in one of the following formats:

Program trim size is 8.5″ x 11″. All ads must be full color, high-resolution (minimum 300dpi), in PDF or JPEG format only. We will not accept ads in Microsoft Word or Publisher.

  • Adobe Acrobat PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi)
  • Adobe Illustrator EPS (CMYK, fonts converted to outline and all images embedded)
  • Adobe Photoshop TIF (CMYK, 300dpi)
  • Adobe Photoshop JPEG (CMYK, 300 dpi)

Logo Specifications:

All logos submitted to us must be high resolution (at least 300 dpi), full color, an a minimum physical of 3” x 2”.
